1. What is Fabrique Loyalty Program?
Fabrique Loyalty Program is a way to reward our most dedicated customers every time they shop. Get points that turn into cash, special gifts, birthday surprises and exclusive perks like get access to our private sale events and new drops.
2. Is Joining Fabrique Loyalty Program free?
Absolutely! It’s FREE to join Fabrique Loyalty Program and gain access to all of our exclusive offers and insights.
3. How do I sign up?
If you already have an account with us, simply sign in! If not, click here to sign up. It’s that easy!
4. What are the different membership levels?
There are four membership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The more you shop with us, the higher your membership level—and the more exclusive rewards you unlock. For example, at the Platinum level, you can earn 3x points for every $1 spent, and gain access to more exclusive rewards.
5. How do I know my current level and points balance?
You can check your balance by logging in and clicking on your profile to see an overview of your points and membership level.
6. How do I earn points?
There are many different ways to earn points. Check out our full list by scrolling up above. Some methods can only be used once, such as receiving your welcome 200 points, subscribe to our newsletter or by following us on social media. Other methods are repeatable, such as by making purchases and writing reviews.
7. How do I earn points for writing a review?
To earn points for a review, send your 50+ word review to support@shop.fbrq.com—only verified purchases qualify. Points will be credited after approval. One review per product.
8. How long does it take for points to show up in my account?
Points will be reflected on your My Account page, 14 days after your purchase.
9. How do I redeem my level perks?
You can see your available level perks directly in the Rewards dashboard in your My Account page. Please make sure you are opted in to receive emails about Fabrique loyalty program to get updates and info about your level benefits. For additional questions, please reach out to support@shop.fbrq.com
10. When do my points expire?
Points will expire 1 year after the date they are earned. Make sure to check your account for your most up-to-date point balance.
11. Can I get a refund on My Points?
Points can’t be refunded in the following cases:
- Your account has been restricted due to frequent or excessive returns.
- You return an item that was purchased using a points-redeemed discount code.
12. What happens to my level after a Calendar year?
Your membership level remains valid for the following year, but you must continue spending to maintain it. The level you reach within a calendar year (e.g., Jan 1, 2025 – Dec 31, 2025) will carry over to the next year.
For example, if you spend $3,000 in 2025 and reach Gold, you will keep your Gold status and perks through 2026. However, at the start of 2026, your spending resets to $0, and you’ll need to meet the required spending threshold again ($3,000 in this case) to maintain your level for 2027.

13. Can I combine points from different Email Accounts?
Unfortunately, points can’t be merged across different email accounts. To make sure you get all your rewards in one place, always use the same email for every purchase!
14.How does currency work in our Loyalty Program?
Our loyalty program is based on USD, so no matter where you're shopping from, your points are earned based on the USD equivalent of your purchase.
For every $1 USD spent, you’ll earn 1 point—simple as that! Your local currency will be converted to USD at checkout, and your points will be calculated accordingly. Keep in mind that exchange rates may vary depending on your payment method.
